We had a fantastic stay at a hotel downtown. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great fitness center. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They even upgraded us to a junior suite without us asking. The location was perfect, easy to walk to downtown shopping, Pike's market, and tourist attractions. We could easily get to Westlake Center to catch the tram to the Space Needle. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant service was great.

The partial sound view in front of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, solving the problem of noise. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
